Rubber Gym Flooring Prices Compared: UK Sellers 2026

Of the 14 UK sellers in this comparison, ours had the lowest price for a single 1 m × 1 m rubber gym tile at every thickness: £17.99 at 10mm, £20.99 at 15mm, £23.99 at 20mm, £33.99 at 30mm and £44.99 at 40mm. Delivered, ours was the lowest total we could work out for 12, 25 and 50 tiles of 20mm and 12 of 30mm. Primal Strength's was lower for 12 tiles of 15mm, and GymSets' probably is too. All prices are as shown on each seller's website when we last checked.

We sell these tiles, so we're one of the sellers compared. This isn't every UK seller.

How much does a single 1 m rubber gym tile cost?

From £17.99 at 10mm to £44.99 at 40mm, at the lowest of the sellers listed, which was us at every thickness. The next lowest were Factory Weights at 10mm (£19.80) and 40mm (£53.10), and GymSets at 15mm, 20mm and 30mm (£21.99, £27.99 and £34.99).

The table compares like with like: single 1 m × 1 m plain rubber tiles, with no EPDM or easy-clean top layer. Prices include VAT, with no discount codes. Each product name or price links to the seller's page. "Shown as a sale price" means the page showed the price as a reduction from a higher one. The lowest price at each thickness is in bold.

• White fleck. Our white fleck tiles cost £1 more than black at 10–30mm: £18.99, £21.99, £24.99 and £34.99.
• Materials are quoted from each seller's page. Some name SBR; others say recycled or crumb rubber, or don't state a type. We haven't tested or measured anyone's tiles, ours included, for this comparison, so the table compares prices, not quality.

Which tiles aren't in that table, and why?

Half and quarter tiles, sets, interlocking tiles, tiles with an EPDM or easy-clean top layer, and thicknesses other than 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40mm. A smaller tile means more joints and a different look and install, and a top layer is a different product, so these aren't like for like. We've converted each to a price per square metre and listed it separately. None was lower per square metre than our 1 m tile at the nearest thickness.

Prices include VAT. Per m² is the shown price divided by the tile's area.

What do 12, 25 and 50 tiles cost delivered?

It depends on the order. Of the delivered totals we could work out from published prices and delivery terms, ours was lowest for 12 tiles of 20mm (£333.48), 25 of 20mm (£539.77), 50 of 20mm (£1,019.57) and 12 of 30mm (£387.49). Primal Strength's was lower for 12 tiles of 15mm (£295.87 against our £299.28).

We priced five baskets: A is 12 × 20mm (a 3 × 4 m room), B is 25 × 20mm (5 × 5 m), C is 50 × 20mm, D is 12 × 15mm and E is 12 × 30mm. Each uses the seller's lowest-priced plain 1 m × 1 m tile at that thickness. The lowest total we could work out in each basket is in bold. "Not published" means the seller doesn't publish the delivery charge for that order, so we show the tiles alone.

The assumptions behind every total:

• Address: UK mainland, outside the Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland, with no postcode entered. Several sellers charge more or quote separately for those areas.
• Prices: as shown, including VAT, with no discount codes.
• Discounts: only those the seller publishes and applies without a code. That means our bulk discount (5% from 10 tiles, 10% from 25, 15% from 50) and Primal Strength's time-limited "Spend & Save" sale (12% off orders over £300, 15% off orders over £500, applied at checkout).
• Delivery: from each seller's published terms (see the delivery table). Primal Strength charges by order value; we've assumed its bands use the value after its discount. If they use the value before it, basket A at Primal is £356.68 (£316.69 of tiles plus £39.99 delivery).
• Rounding: percentage discounts are rounded to the penny, so a basket may differ by 1p.

Where the totals aren't settled:

• GymSets charges delivery by weight from a published table but doesn't state its mats' weights. For A, its lowest published band (£10.50) would already take it above our £333.48, and for B, C and E its tiles alone cost more than our delivered totals. For D it's likely lower than every total we could work out: at 14kg a mat, the low end of the 14–28kg range in its product title, delivery would be £36.75 and the total about £265.73, and even its highest published band (£62.99) would make it £291.97.
• Primal Strength's lower total for D doesn't depend on its sale: 12 tiles of 15mm come to £275.88, under its £300 discount line, plus £19.99 delivery. For A it's £3.20 more than ours, or £23.20 more if its bands use the pre-discount value.
• Wolverson Fitness (delivery for flooring not published) and Bulldog Gear (calculated at checkout) cost more for the tiles alone than our delivered totals in every basket they could fill.
• Discount codes could change A and D. We left codes out, but Sprung showed a site-wide 30% code ("SPRUNG30"). If it applies to these tiles, 12 of its 20mm tiles would cost £293.58 and 12 of its 15mm £255.28. With its £45 pallet charge for orders under £300, that's £338.58 and £300.28; if its free-delivery line is checked before the code, both would be delivered free and lower than every total in the table.

Not in the table, because the line isn't sold as a single 1 m tile: Strength Shop's sets of 1 m mats, delivered free (A £499.98, B £849.98, C £1,649.97, E £639.98; D as 48 of its 50cm mats, £561.17); Gym Gear's half tiles, delivered free over £500 (A £599.76, B £1,249.50, C £2,499.00, E £719.76; D as its 15mm 1 m tile with an EPDM finish, £461.87 with £65.99 delivery); Jordan Fitness's 30mm 50cm tiles for E (£487.68); and Bulldog Gear's 50cm pieces (tiles £599.40, £1,248.75, £2,497.50 and £839.40, delivery calculated at checkout). None was lower than the lowest total in its basket.

Why does delivery add so much to a small order?

Because tiles are heavy. Twelve 20mm tiles weigh about 210kg, so they travel on a pallet, and most sellers charge for delivery until an order passes a free-delivery line. Ours is £300. Twelve 20mm tiles come to £273.49 after the 5% bulk discount, so the order pays our £59.99 pallet charge, which adds 22% to the cost of the tiles.

Our delivery terms: free to UK mainland addresses on orders over £300. Under £300, delivery is charged once per order by weight: £7.99 up to 20kg, £13.99 up to 40kg, £19.99 up to 60kg, £25.99 up to 80kg, £31.99 up to 100kg, and £59.99 for a pallet over 100kg. More than five 20mm tiles already pass 100kg. Twelve 15mm tiles pay the same £59.99 on £239.29 of tiles, which adds 25%.

So if your order lands just under £300, price a slightly bigger one before you buy. Fourteen 20mm tiles cost £14.41 less delivered than twelve, and the two extra tiles cover cuts or spares. Published delivery terms by seller

UK mainland terms as published. Several sellers charge more for the Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland, or quote separately.

How do bulk discounts change the comparison?

Ours come off automatically by the number of tiles in the order: 5% from 10 tiles, 10% from 25, 15% from 50, 20% from 100 and 25% from 200, counted across thicknesses and colours, with no code. GymSets' 15mm packs, though, cost less per tile than ours at every pack size from 2 to 140 mats, before delivery.

The discount is worked out on the order, so the basket can differ from these per-tile figures by a penny.

GymSets sells its mats in packs. At 15mm, every pack from 2 mats up cost less per mat than our tiles at the same quantity; only our 200-plus price (£15.74) was lower than its largest pack. At 20mm and 30mm our tier prices were lower than its packs, which fall to £21.00 a mat (100 of 20mm for £2,099.99) and £30.56 (72 of 30mm for £2,199.99). GymSets charges delivery by weight and doesn't state its mats' weights, so these are prices before delivery.

Other sellers' quantity pricing:

• Primal Strength's "Spend & Save" sale took 12% off orders over £300 and 15% off orders over £500 at checkout. The page showed a countdown, so it's time-limited. At 15% off, its 20mm ECO tile works out at £25.49.
• Strength Shop sells its 1 m mats only in sets of 4, 6, 10, 15 and 20. Per square metre, 20mm runs from £50.00 (4) to £32.50 (20).
• Sprung Gym Flooring, Rubberco, Gym Flooring UK, Jordan Fitness and Factory Weights offered quotes for bulk orders but published no tiers. We didn't ask for quotes.
• Discount codes were shown but not applied: Sprung's "SPRUNG30" (30% off, an October sale), Bulldog Gear's 30% site-wide code, GymSets' "OCTOBER" (5%), MuscleSquad's "SAVE5" (5%) and Wolverson Fitness's 10% off a first order for newsletter sign-up. A code could take those sellers below the prices shown here; we left codes out because their conditions vary.

How does Equipped Gym compare overall?

Of the sellers in this comparison, ours had the lowest single-tile price at every thickness from 10mm to 40mm, and the lowest delivered total we could work out for four of the five orders. Primal Strength was lower for 12 tiles of 15mm, GymSets' 15mm packs cost less per tile than ours at most quantities (before its unpublished delivery charge), and a discount code could take some sellers lower. This isn't every UK seller, and prices change often.

The lowest price for your floor depends on the thickness, the number of tiles and your postcode. Count your tiles first (how many gym floor tiles you need), choose the thickness (how thick gym flooring should be), then compare delivered totals at that quantity, at each seller's free-delivery line and with your own postcode.

What should I check besides the price?

Check that you're comparing the same tile: the size and format, the top surface, the stated size tolerance, whether it's in stock, and what delivery to your postcode costs. If you can, look at a sample before you order a whole floor.

• Size tolerance, as each page states it. Ours is 0.4–1% on length for 15–40mm (about 990–1010mm) and ±1.5% for 10mm. Factory Weights states ±1%; Gym Flooring UK ±0.5% on length and ±1% on thickness for its 20mm cold-moulded tile; Strength Shop ±1.5% on length and ±8% on thickness for its 20mm Granuflex mats; Wolverson Fitness ±1% for its EPDM flooring. The other pages didn't state one. Moulded rubber shrinks slightly as it cools, so dry lay any floor before cutting.
• Format. Half tiles, 50cm tiles and sets can cost more or less per square metre, and they give more joints.
• Stock and dispatch time. Check both on the product page before you order a whole floor.
• Your postcode. Several sellers charge more for the Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland, or quote separately, so check the terms for your address.
• A sample. Ours are 10cm × 10cm, in the thickness and finish you choose, and a sample costs £7.99 for postage.

How we checked

We last checked every price on 9 October 2026, between 21:46 and 22:04 UK time, on each seller's own website, and kept a copy of every page we used.

• Read-only. We read product pages and delivery or shipping pages, and on Shopify stores the public product data that gives each variant's price. We didn't create accounts, add anything to a basket, start a checkout, enter a postcode, use a discount code or ask for a quote.
• Prices are as displayed, whether or not the line was in stock that day. Six of the 14 sellers' pages state that prices include VAT: ours, Sprung Gym Flooring, GymSets, Strength Shop, Gym Flooring UK and Rubberco. The product pages of Primal Strength, Bulldog Gear, Gym Gear, Jordan Fitness, Factory Weights, Fitshop, MuscleSquad and Wolverson Fitness don't say; we've treated their prices as including VAT, as is usual for shops selling to the public. Where a page showed a price as a reduction from a higher "was", RRP or regular price, as several sellers' pages did, ours included, we used the price you would pay on the day.
• Sellers. The tables cover 14 UK sellers, us included, that sell 1 m rubber gym tiles online. It isn't every UK seller.
• Not included. Mirafit's and Fitness Superstore's websites blocked automated requests, so their prices couldn't be checked automatically. We haven't shown any figures for them, and we'll add them after a manual check. Rubberco doesn't list a standard 1 m gym tile at 10, 15, 20, 30 or 40mm (its 30mm 1 m mat is sold as vibration matting), so its tiles appear only in the other formats table.
• Like for like. The main table holds single 1 m × 1 m plain rubber tiles at 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40mm. Everything else is listed separately at a price per square metre.
• Delivered totals use each seller's lowest-priced plain 1 m tile at the basket's thickness, the discounts it publishes and applies without a code, and its published delivery terms, for a UK mainland address. The assumptions are listed under the delivered totals.
• Rechecks. Prices, sales and delivery terms change, sometimes daily. We'll recheck every seller monthly and update this page, and if we can't, we'll take the comparison down.
• Corrections. If you sell rubber gym flooring and something here is wrong or out of date, send us a correction with a link to the page that shows it. We'll check it and update this page.

This comparison covers 14 UK sellers, us included. It is based on the prices, discounts and delivery terms each published on its website, saved as dated copies, and on our own published prices, bulk discount tiers and delivery charges. The basket totals and prices per square metre are our own arithmetic from those figures.
