All orders
All orders must be received at your chosen delivery address. They will not be left outside.
You will receive an email confirming shipment of your order. You can track your packages through the information in this email. Please check your spam folders and let us know if you haven't received it.
If your order is placed after 8am it will be despatched the next day. If you require your order to be with you the next day, and you are placing your order after 8am, please contact us.
Small orders (below 100kg, or fewer than 8 mats)
If your order is placed after 8am your order will be despatched the next day. Delivery will be booked for the day after despatch day. Please note that if you order more than one product, you might receive your parcels on different days. This is due to courier procedures and we cannot predict it. Please use the confirmation email that provides your tracking information to stay informed.

Large orders (over 100kg, or more than 8 mats)
If your order is placed after 8am it will be despatched the next day.
If you choose next day delivery: delivery will be the day after despatch day.
If you choose 2 day shipping: delivery will be two days after despatch day. If you prefer a different day, let us know in the notes or contact us.
Large orders will be delivered on a pallet. You must receive and sign for your delivery.
You will receive a 2-hour delivery slot the morning of delivery date (by text), so ensure the phone number you input on the order page is correct. We offer kerbside delivery only, so please ensure you have people and/or equipment to move the products into your building.
We must be made aware of any restrictions to access to the property that may make it difficult for the delivering vehicle to gain access to the point of delivery. We will not accept any claims for compensation coming from non, failed or refused delivery of any item where the couriers were not made aware of any points regarding access restrictions. If the item is refused or cancelled because of these restrictions, the customer is liable for all return delivery charges.
If the driver cannot make the delivery, and you have not advised us of a preferred time or date, a redelivery fee will be applicable.
If you require your order to be with you the next day, and you are placing your order after 8am, please contact us.
We use external couriers and will do everything we can to help resolve delivery issues, but we cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries.

International orders (customs & duties)
International orders are shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. This means you (the customer) are responsible for any import duties, local taxes and customs clearance fees charged by your country. Equipped Gym Limited does not cover these charges.
If customs charges are not paid and the shipment is refused, returned or abandoned, any courier costs we incur (including return shipping and handling fees) will be deducted from your refund.
