Damages
All goods must be checked on receipt and damage reported within 2 working days. Failure to do so may affect claims.
Pallet Deliveries (typically orders over 100kg)
How It Works

We pass your order to a pallet courier (e.g. Palletways / TPN)

The couriers will call to arrange your delivery day

They send a 2-hour ETA by email/SMS before delivery day
Typical Timeline (in working days, Monday- Friday)
- Day 1: Order placed
- Day 2: We pack your order, it is collected by the pallet company
- Day 3: Your pallet arrives at your local depot, having been transported overnight.
- Day 3-4: Your local courier company will call to arrange delivery with you, usually on the same day or day after you receive the call.
eg. If you order on Thursday, we will send your order on Friday. The courier will call you Monday to arrange your delivery for Monday or Tuesday.
On Delivery Day

Delivered via large 7.5T vehicle - let us know if this is not possible

Unloaded via pallet truck to kerbside only, no deliveries inside. Solid surfaces only (not gravel or loose stone). No stairs or steps.

You must be there to receive your delivery
By ordering, you agree to provide accurate contact details and be available on the agreed delivery date. You must ensure suitable access for delivery. Redelivery, return and storage charges may apply if delivery fails due to your address being inaccessible or if you are not present when the driver arrives.
Small Orders (Under 100kg)

Collections at our Warehouse
We are more that happy for you to collect your order at our warehouse in North Yorkshire. We are usually here weekdays from 8am until 3pm, but it helps us to know when you're dropping bye so we can get your order ready! .
Collections outside of these hours can be arranged but need to be arranged with us in advance.
We strongly recommend contacting us with any questions or special delivery requirements before ordering.
