Racks & Benches

A bench determines how much of your dumbbell and barbell training you can actually do. The flat weight bench (£78.99) is simple, stable and ideal for pressing, rows and step-ups — a strong first buy for a garage gym. The adjustable weight bench (£189.99) adds incline positions, unlocking incline presses, seated shoulder work and supported rows from a single footprint.

If you only ever press flat, save the money; if you want variety from one piece of kit, the adjustable bench earns its price quickly. See the full line-up in our weight benches collection.

Match the rack to the number of pairs you own and the wall space available. Our 3-tier horizontal racks come in four widths — 111cm (£129.99), 153cm (£169.99), 217cm (£229.99) and 323cm (£299.99) — so you can scale from a home setup to a full commercial free-weight line. Tight on floor space? The 6-tier (£59.99) and 10-tier (£89.99) vertical towers stack dumbbells upwards instead. Browse them all in the dumbbell racks collection.

Buying dumbbells and storage together keeps everything consistent and cuts the total cost. Bundles start with the 2.5kg–15kg hex set with 6-tier rack at £239.99, step through 5kg–25kg and 5kg–30kg options, and top out with the 2.5kg–50kg set in 2.5kg increments for facilities that need every jump covered. Want something in between? The custom hex dumbbell set builder lets you pick exactly the weights you need, with an optional rack to house them all from day one.

Kettlebells deserve the same treatment as dumbbells. Our kettlebell racks come as 3-tier units in 111cm (£140) and 153cm (£179.99) widths, keeping bells visible and off the training floor. Larger items ship across the UK — our delivery information page explains how, and the warranty page covers the protection included with your order.
