This website is operated by Equipped Gym Limited ("Equipped Gym", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced within them (including our Delivery Information and Returns Policy).

We reserve the right to update website content, pricing, product information, and these Terms at any time. Information on our website is provided for general guidance only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for contacting us where clarification is required.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where stock is unavailable, pricing or product information is incorrect, or where we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.

Once an order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend or cancel it. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has started or the order has been dispatched.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at checkout using the available payment methods.

If a pricing, promotional, or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout and/or on our Delivery Information page. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, especially where delivery is handled by third-party couriers.

Orders must be received at the chosen delivery address. Parcels will not be left unattended where a signature is required.

Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels and may arrive on different days. This does not constitute non-delivery of an order.

4.1 Pallet & Heavy Deliveries

Large orders may be delivered on a pallet. Pallet deliveries are kerbside only.

The customer is responsible for ensuring suitable access for the delivery vehicle, that someone is available to receive and sign for delivery, and that they have adequate manpower/equipment to move goods from the kerbside.

If delivery fails due to access restrictions, customer unavailability, incorrect details, or refusal, any redelivery, storage, handling, or return charges incurred may be charged to the customer and/or deducted from any refund.

4.2 Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an order is returned or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any additional courier charges will be the customer’s responsibility and may be deducted from any refund due.

5. International Orders (Customs & Duties)

International orders are shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. This means the customer is responsible for any import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. Equipped Gym Limited does not cover or reimburse these charges.

If customs charges are not paid and the shipment is refused, returned, or abandoned, any courier costs we incur (including outbound shipping, return shipping, storage and handling fees) may be deducted from any refund due.

6. Risk & Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided. Title (ownership) of goods remains with Equipped Gym Limited until full cleared payment has been received.

7. Returns & Cancellations

Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms. Change-of-mind returns (including ordering the wrong item) are accepted in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If an order is cancelled or returned after dispatch, any outbound shipping costs we have incurred (and any failed delivery or return-to-sender charges) may be deducted from the refund. Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected.

Free delivery is offered on orders that meet or exceed our minimum order value threshold at the time of purchase. This threshold is calculated on the total order value before any discounts, and eligibility is assessed at the point of dispatch.

Where a customer returns part of an order and the retained goods fall below the free delivery threshold, Equipped Gym Limited reserves the right to deduct the applicable standard delivery charge from any refund issued. The delivery charge deducted will be the rate that would have applied to the retained order value at the time of the original purchase.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014.

8. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Orders must be inspected upon delivery. Any damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported to us as soon as possible with supporting photos. We may request images or further information before agreeing a replacement or refund.

9. Product Use, Installation & Suitability

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended environment and use.

Rubber flooring may have a characteristic odour when first opened. Certain surfaces and finishes may mark or react with rubber products. We recommend testing a small area before full installation and using suitable underlay or adhesive where required.

Products must be installed and used in accordance with any guidance provided.

10. Warranties

Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Unless stated otherwise, warranties do not cover fair wear and tear, cosmetic changes, misuse or abuse, improper installation, unsuitable subfloors or surfaces, outdoor use where not specified, or commercial use where a product is intended for home use.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to this, Equipped Gym Limited shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business, or opportunity.

Rubber-coated products may carry natural oil-based residue as an inherent property of the material. The buyer accepts responsibility for taking appropriate precautions (including floor protection and wiping down equipment before use). Equipped Gym shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damage including but not limited to floor damage or damage to clothing arising from normal product characteristics.

Defects or transit damage must be notified in writing with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery. The company reserves the right to decline claims raised outside this window or where goods have been placed into use.

12. Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes are subject to stated conditions and may be withdrawn at any time. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined.

13. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to request additional verification for high-value orders. Where a chargeback is raised, we may provide the payment provider with order, customer, and delivery evidence (including courier tracking and delivery confirmation).
