Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Change of Mind Returns
If you've changed your mind about a purchase (including ordering by accident or ordering the wrong product) and the item has already been dispatched, you are responsible for ensuring the order is shipped back to our return address or dropped off to us in store.
Your refund will be processed to the original payment method after we inspect the returned goods. If the order has already been dispatched, your refund will be processed minus any outbound or return shipping costs we have incurred.
Items must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unused
- In their original packaging
Faulty or Wrong Items
In the rare case that you've received a wrong or defective product, we will cover the cost of postage. We'll send you a shipping label by email for you to print and attach to the parcel.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Contact us via our online contact form or reply to your order confirmation email with:
- Your order number
- Which item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return (faulty/wrong item or change of mind)

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What We Can't Accept
- Returns on clearance or sample items (unless faulty)
- Returns on gift cards
- Returns after the 30-day window
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Processing
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Free Delivery & Partial Returns
Orders over £300 (including VAT) qualify for free standard delivery within mainland UK. This free delivery offer is applied based on the final order value kept by the customer.
If part of an order is returned for a refund and the remaining order value falls below the £300 free delivery threshold, Equipped Gym reserves the right to deduct the original delivery cost from the refund amount.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and delivery location of the original order. The applicable delivery cost will be the amount that would have been charged at the time of purchase had the order total been below the free delivery threshold.
This applies to partial returns, cancelled items, refused deliveries, and exchanges where the revised order total no longer qualifies for free delivery.
Any deductions will be clearly shown within the refund confirmation provided to the customer.
