Shipping & Delivery Information
Standard Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. Once dispatched:

UK Mainland: 2-5 working days

Scottish Highlands & Islands: 3-7 working days

Northern Ireland: 3-7 working days
Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on courier workload and your location.
Free Delivery
Orders over £300 qualify for free delivery automatically at checkout.
For orders under £300, delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your items and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
If your tracking hasn't updated in several days: This can happen during customs clearance or when parcels are in transit between depots. If there's no update for more than 7 days, contact us and we'll check with the courier.
Missing or Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel shows as delivered but you haven't received it:

Check with neighbours or building reception

Check any alternative safe places your courier might have left it

Contact us within 48 hours and we'll investigate with the courier
If your items arrived damaged:

Take photos of the damage (both the item and packaging)

Contact us immediately with your order number and photos

We'll arrange a replacement or refund within 24 hours

We currently ship to UK addresses only. We do not offer international delivery at this time.
