Stock, Restocks and Back-in-Stock Alerts
"The basket won't let me add more than a few"
The website only lets you add what we physically have in the warehouse. If you try to add 16 tiles and the basket keeps dropping back to 2, we have 2 left in that thickness and colour. It isn't a fault with the site or your basket.
Your options:

Choose another thickness or colour. Plain black is our core line and is usually in good stock across all thicknesses. White fleck sells through faster.

Wait for the restock and set an alert (below).

Order the quantity available now and the rest when it lands. Remember each order is delivered and priced on its own, so a split order may miss the free delivery threshold or a bulk tier.
Back-in-stock alerts
Sold-out options show a Notify me button on the product page. Enter your email and we'll send you a message as soon as that option is back in stock. This is the quickest way to know, because stock goes live on the website the same day it's unloaded.
When will it be back?
Flooring is shipped to us by sea in containers and arrives in large batches, usually every few weeks. We'll always give you our best estimate of the next arrival if you ask, but please treat it as an estimate. Shipping schedules move, so a date can slip by a week or two. If timing is critical for your project, order what's in stock now rather than waiting.
Other equipment, such as racks, bars and plates, is restocked from our suppliers on a less regular cycle. If we don't have a confirmed date, we'll tell you so rather than guess.
Pre-orders
Some products can be ordered while they're out of stock. Where that's the case, the product page says so and shows the expected arrival. Your order is dispatched as soon as the stock arrives, and you're charged at the time of ordering. If the date slips, we'll let you know.
Reserving stock for larger orders
If you're planning a commercial gym or a large flooring project and need a guaranteed quantity, contact us before you order. We can check the next confirmed arrival, let you know how many tiles will be on it, and reserve stock against a paid order so it isn't sold before you need it.
Discontinued lines
We no longer sell factory seconds or defect-stock flooring. If you've seen a lower-priced "defect stock" or "£15 mat" listing in the past, that line has ended and those prices no longer apply. Our standard tiles with the automatic bulk discounts are the best value we offer.
Your order confirmation
You should receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of paying. If you haven't, check your spam folder, then check whether the items are still sitting in your basket on the website. If they are, the order didn't complete. Message us before trying again so we can check nothing has been taken twice.
