Keep your rubber gym flooring looking cleaner for longer with the Equipped Gym Home Gym Flooring Care Package.

This complete maintenance kit brings together the products needed to deep clean, protect and routinely maintain SBR and EPDM rubber gym flooring. It is ideal for home gyms, garage gyms and smaller PT studios with flooring areas of up to approximately 15m².

The included Dr. Schutz Floor Mat creates a natural matt protective coating that helps prevent dirt, chalk and contamination from becoming embedded in the rubber surface. Clean & Strip provides a deeper periodic clean before recoating, while R1000 is designed for regular ongoing maintenance.

The included microfibre spray mop makes it easy to apply cleaning solutions evenly without carrying a separate bucket around the room.

How the System Works

1. Deep clean the flooring

Use Dr. Schutz Clean & Strip to remove stubborn dirt, chalk residue and previous maintenance coatings.

2. Apply the protective coating

Once the flooring is completely clean and dry, apply two even coats of Dr. Schutz Floor Mat. Allow the first coat to dry before applying the second coat on the same day.

For best results, allow the flooring to cure overnight and avoid foot traffic for at least 12 hours.

3. Maintain the floor regularly

Use Dr. Schutz R1000 for routine cleaning to help maintain the protective finish and keep the flooring hygienic.

Coverage

The package includes enough Floor Mat for two coats across approximately 15m².

Clean & Strip covers approximately 22.5–37.5m² per 750ml bottle, depending on the condition of the flooring and dilution ratio.

R1000 is highly concentrated and provides up to approximately 750m² of routine cleaning coverage per 750ml bottle.

Recommended Maintenance Schedule

For home gyms, we recommend deep cleaning and reapplying Floor Mat approximately every 9–12 months, depending on usage.

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on order value, products and location. All stock is stored and dispatched from our UK warehouse. We dispatch weekday orders the following day. Friday and weekend orders will be dispatched on Monday.
