Equipped Gym’s SBR Rubber Gym Flooring Mats measure 1m x 1m (1m²) and are a premium choice for all gym installations, from home gyms in garages to high-end commercial facilities.
The top layer features fine granules with a smooth finish, providing excellent grip and slip resistance. The dense lower layer offers shock absorption to protect equipment and subfloors while minimising noise transfer.
Installation Method by Thickness
10mm & 15mm: Lay-flat design (no connectors). These thinner tiles are designed to be laid directly onto a flat subfloor. Adhesive can be used for permanent installations. Due to thickness limitations, these variants are not compatible with plastic connectors.
20mm, 30mm & 40mm: Connector-ready base. Tiles can be laid loose, as their weight helps keep them in place. However, plastic connectors are strongly recommended for easier installation and improved alignment across larger areas. Connectors are sold separately.
Connector guide (20mm+): Typically 3–4 connectors per tile is sufficient. Use additional connectors in higher-impact areas or around heavy racks. Edges and corners can be added for a cleaner finish and to reduce trip hazards on thicker mats.

Please note that our gym mats are made of synthetic rubber and a rubber smell may linger after first opening your package. If that happens, we recommend leaving the mats for a few days in a well ventilated space to allow the smell to dissipate.
As with most rubber products a smell may occur if the mat is exposed to heat, so we also do not recommend using or storing them in direct sunlight.
Please be aware that we cannot accept returns based solely on the presence of a rubber odour, as this is a normal characteristic of the material.

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on order value, products and location. All stock is stored and dispatched from our UK warehouse. We dispatch weekday orders the following day. Friday and weekend orders will be dispatched on Monday.
Large or heavy orders are sent as pallet deliveries which are arranged by call directly with the courier. Please make sure you have the correct phone number and email address when placing the order.

Ordered the 15mm 1x1 mats and they're just what I needed for my home gym. They're firm and look smart. Warning - they're heavy (which is good!) Fairly easy to cut to size with a sharp stanley blade. Great delivery service.

I purchased 30mm rubber flooring to fit into a new garden workshop (30SqM). The mats were easy to fit, easy to cut to fit edges and super quality for the kind of machinery and work the unit will be used for. We are now using the workshop and the mats are great, giving a really solid feel, cushioning and further warmth to the already insulated building. The flooring sound is also really solid and sturdy, holding machinery of 1-200kg without marking.

Product is brilliant but delivered a little slow and pallet line gave me 10 minutes notice and I was 15 mikes away. I rushed home and they out it back by two hours! Love the product and the staff there are really polite and helpful

Easy to install, heavy duty, and great for sound dampening. Look great too. A little bit difficult to clean if they get garage dust on them, but that's a minor point.

We appreciate your feedback about cleaning. Garage dust can cling to the textured rubber surface a little more than smooth flooring, but regular vacuuming and then a quick run over with a microfibre mop and rubber flooring cleaner usually keeps them looking their best.

Used for an obscure purpose...i cut mat in half to make (weather proof) covers for 2x access hatches beneath my static park home...easily accessible now to gain access to under home pipework!

Easy Gym Flooring Installation
Each 1x1m mat is heavy meaning no adhesive is needed, simply push the mats together and the weight will keep them in place. We recommend using a brickwork pattern layout to prevent any potential gaps between the joints. This means laying one row of full tiles and then starting the next row at 0.5m offset.
